How publishing works
PR-first by design
1. Create a meetup recap
Copy the markdown template, add your recap under _posts/, and include the meetup
date, title, author, and summary in the front matter.
2. Open a pull request
Reviewers can suggest edits in GitHub, and once the pull request is merged, the site rebuilds and publishes automatically.
3. Reuse this for other chapters
Keep one repository per chapter, update _data/chapter.yml and CNAME,
and reuse the same workflow for Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, or any future city.
